Track Order

Once your order is on its way, we will share tracking information when it is available. This page explains where to find your tracking number, what each update means, and what to do if a shipment appears delayed.

Where to Find Your Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking link or tracking number. You can follow that link directly or enter the number on 17TRACK.

Please use the tracking number exactly as it appears in your shipping confirmation. If your order is sent in more than one shipment, you may receive a separate tracking number for each package.

When Tracking First Appears

A tracking number can be created before the carrier scans the package into its network. During this time, the status may show “label created,” “information received,” or a similar message even though the shipment is already being prepared.

Carrier updates are not always immediate. Please allow time for the first scan and for new events to appear as the package moves between facilities.

If Tracking Has Not Updated

It is normal for a package to travel for a period without a new public scan, especially during weekends, public holidays, customs review, severe weather, or high-volume periods. A temporary pause in tracking does not necessarily mean that the package has stopped moving.

If the shipment is significantly beyond the delivery estimate shown in our Shipping Policy, please contact us so we can review the available information with you.

If Tracking Shows Delivered

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, first check the delivery area, mailbox, reception desk, parcel locker, household members, and nearby neighbors. Carriers may occasionally mark a package delivered shortly before it is physically left at the address.

If the package is still missing after these checks, contact the carrier using the tracking number and then let us know what they advise. We will review the order details and help with the next available steps.

Address or Delivery Issues

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been handed to the carrier.

If a carrier cannot complete delivery, follow any instructions shown in the tracking history. The carrier may arrange another attempt, hold the package for collection, or return it to the sender.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If a package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us with your order number, tracking number, and a clear description of the issue. Photographs may help us review a damaged delivery when applicable.
